What is a School Store Shift Lead?
- The Shift Lead position, previously referred to as Store Manager, is a volunteer role for individuals who have experience working in the store. A Shift Lead should know how to open and close the store, manage cash and credit card transactions, restock items, and feel comfortable training new volunteers. We currently have openings for Shift Leads on all morning shifts. Please sign up for the Shift Lead position only if you are an experienced school store volunteer.

Volunteer Shift
- Morning shifts are 1 hour: A,B,C Day's 7:45am-8:45am or Late Start Day's 9:00am-10:00am
- Lunch shifts are 2 hours: B & C Day's 10:30am-12:30pm, A Day's 10:45am-12:45pm, or Late Start Day's 11:15am-1:15pm
- Inventory Pick-up 1 hour: Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Pick up as early as 8:00am, deliver to the school West entrance by 10:00am. Pick-up School Store orders from Sam's Club 196 THF Blvd, Chesterfield, MO 63005.

School Store Volunteer Friendly Reminders
- Need to change your shift? Follow these instructions.
- Allow extra time before your shift to park and check in at the school's Welcome Center.
- Can't make it? Find a sub on the school store volunteer sub list. The school store can not open without enough volunteers.
- Notify the Shift Lead and/or VP School Support if you have trouble finding a sub for your shift.
School Store Operations Manager: POSITION OPEN
- Collaborate with the Store Managers and Shift Leads to ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, while also managing the School Store Volunteer Sign Up. Time frame - August to May.
