Class of 2027 Parent Volunteers are needed to plan, organize and host the highly anticipated, annual Taste of West County event.

 

The Class of 2027 annual fundraising event Taste of West County is in jeopardy of being cancelled. We desperately need parent volunteers to help procure restaurant participation by MARCH 12th.

Restaurant Procurement
This can be done by emailing, calling and stopping by area restaurants to get their commitment to participating again this year. This isn't a cold call. These restaurant's are long time participants. Partner with the Class Directors, LPO Board and Grade-Level Admin to advertise the event, volunteer needs and ticket sales leading up to the event. There are various media outlets that the LPO uses to share these announcements and all the details are ready and available for you.

Collect gift cards from area business and restaurants that decline to participate in the Taste of West County event. These gift cards are used for a gift card raffle during the event. 50/50 tickets are sold during the event, as well.
