Volunteer Shift Options

• Morning shifts are 1 hour: 7:45am-8:45am or 9:00am-10:00am, depending on the day.
• Lunch shifts are 2 hours: 10:30am-12:30pm, 10:45am-12:45pm, or 11:15am-1:15pm depending on the day.
• Inventory Pick-up 1hour: Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Pick up as early as 8:00am, deliver to the school West entrance by 10:00am. Pick-up School Store orders from Sam's Club 196 THF Blvd, Chesterfield, MO 63005.

School Store Volunteer Friendly Reminders

• Please double check that you have signed up for the correct shift. You can easily change your shift by following these instructions.
• If you have questions, please reach out to the Store Manager so they can provide any necessary information
• Arrive for your shift with enough time to park, check in at the school Welcome Center and receive your name tag.  Each shift requires a few steps to open the store before welcoming the students during the morning and lunch shifts.
• In the event you are unable to work your shift please refer to the store volunteer sub list to find a replacement.  If the store does not have the proper number of volunteers it cannot open.  
• Once you have found a replacement, contact the Store Manager and let them know who will be taking your place.

Inventory Pick-up Reminders

• Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

• Text Chelsea when you arrive at Sam's to pick-up and text the lunch day manager when you arrive to the school to unload.

School Store Operations Manager, POSITION OPEN

Collaborate with the Store and Shift Managers to ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, while also managing the School Store Volunteer Sign Up. Time frame - August to May.

School Store Shift Managers, POSITIONS OPEN

Store Shift Managers are responsible for overseeing daily shift operations. They typically work the same morning or lunch shift on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis, and we can accommodate your busy schedule.  Shift Managers prepare the store for opening, work during their scheduled shifts, and close the store with the assistance of additional parent volunteers. No prior experience is necessary, and and training is provided.
