Lancer Parent Organization News
Lancer Legacy Campaign

Our Legacy Campaign is the ONLY fundraising campaign that supports the Lancer Parent Organization as a whole. These donations are used to improve educational opportunities for our students, support our staff, and help foster community relationships. Our goal this year is $10,000.  When you make a donation:

  • 100% of your contribution goes to benefit Lafayette.
  • Your donation is tax deductible.

Check with your employer about any matching gift programs. Please list Lancer Parent Organization as the recipient organization with our address (17050 Clayton Road, Wildwood, MO 63011) and include our EIN 43-1550161.

Please consider making a donation to make a lasting impact.

Homecoming Details

LHS has rich Homecoming traditions and we are excited for our 2022 Hollywood themed festivities the week of September 26th -October 1st. Homecoming Adult Volunteers and Donations are needed for each class. Please check out the Class Help Needed links below to sign up and the important dates.

Please make sure to follow your class on social media and read the newsletters to see what is coming up next!

Class of 2023

The Senior Class needs parent help!  There are current needs for chairpeople for Father/Son, Mother/Daughter, Father/ Daughter Dance and for Senior Celebration.  We want our Class of 2023 students to have the same opportunities to experience these fun events, but need Class of 2023 parent volunteers to help organize and facilitate the events in order for them to happen.

Don’t forget to mark your calendar for a Class of 2023 Parent Meeting on Sept 12 at 6:30 pm!

Thanks to all who came to the Junior Class meeting on Wednesday night!  Please check Dr. Mehrotra's weekly email for the presentation that includes some awesome links to resources for your kids as they begin/continue their college search.

We are in need of the following to make sure our class is well represented at the Homecoming parade on Friday, September 30:

HOMECOMING LEAD Parent(s); This person will coordinate activities for our float this year, including locating a truck, driver and flatbed to be used in the parade, candy collection and decoration of the float on 9/30.

Please reach out to either of us if you can help!

Class of 2026

The Class of 2026 Needs You!

One of the most exciting times of the school year is coming up and we need the help of our freshman parents.

1.  Freshman Tailgate - Have your student(s) join us for some good and games before the varsity home football game Friday, September 16th from 4:00-6:00pm. Then head to the game to support your fellow Lancers at 7:00pm.  Please use SignUpGenius to contribute below.

2.  Homecoming - We have a flatbed, truck and driver secured for the parade!  HUGE thank you to Lisa Miller and her husband for their generous support!

Now we need a chair person to help facilitate Homecoming.  If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please text or email: Shelly at or 314-540-6969 or Laurie at or 314-518-8180.

More to come on Homecoming but important dates:  September 30 - Parade and football game and October 1 -Homecoming Dance.
